ABOUT ME

My name is Amy Wade and I started Equinox Virtual Assistant in 2022 following a career of over 15 years in assistant roles. I have supported at C-Suite level in The City and worked as a PA in luxury fashion, and before that gathered support experience in some diverse industries.

​

Following a degree in Environmental Earth Science, my early career was spent in environmental engineering with a large global organisation. While the summers were spent catching and counting lizards ahead of highways projects, ultimately the long-term nature of the projects wasn't the right fit for me. I took some time out to travel the world, and while living and working in New Zealand I met a PA and thought the role seemed more suited to my skillset. Upon my return to the UK I worked various temporary jobs in London with the aim of becoming a PA, which I eventually did.

Once I was working as a PA I knew it was the right role for me. I enjoy getting to know people, how they work and what they need, and delivering a tailored service to each of them to ensure their day runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I work well under pressure, have good attention to detail and am thorough.

As a keen marathon and ultramarathon runner I understand that to get the results you need you have to put in hard work, and from crossing so many finish lines I know the pleasure of seeing a job through.  I was one of the first 5000 people in the world to achieve the Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star finisher medal, showing my spirit of determination, hard work and adventure!

Rates

I offer a range of hourly and monthly packages to suit your business needs, please contact me to discuss prices.

 

Hourly rates offer complete flexibility. With a minimum booking of one hour, you can use as much or as little support as your business needs. This is invoiced once the work is complete.

 

Monthly packages are available in blocks of 10 hours, 20 hours or 30 hours per month and give you peace of mind that my services are there whenever you need them. Monthly packages require advance payment.

I offer bespoke rates for one-off projects, please contact me to discuss this further.

I will notify you when you are approaching the end of your monthly hours. Any unused hours cannot be rolled over to the next month.
